CAUSES OF STROKE

 

Surely you already know what the cause of the stroke itself, the medical cause of stroke risk factors, such as hypertension (high blood pressure), cholesterol, atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries), heart disorders, diabetes, family history of stroke, migraine.

Behavioral risk factors, such as smoking (active and passive), unhealthy food (junk food, fast food), Alcohol, Lack of exercise, snoring, oral contraceptives, Drugs, Obesity.

80% of the trigger stroke is hypertension and arteriosclerosis, according to statistics. 93% with chronic thrombosis nothing to do with high blood pressure.
The trigger stroke is basically, an uncomfortable mood (angry), drinking too much alcohol, smoking and happy eating fatty foods.
Approximately 20-40 percent of strokes are preceded by TIAs. Therefore do not be fooled and do not ever ignore a TIA attack. It takes vigilance to people at risk of stroke when

symptoms below:
- Emerging signs of losing flavor or weakness of the face, shoulders, or legs, especially when it only occurs in half of the body.
- Feeling confused, trouble speaking or capture the other person talks.
- Difficulty see in one eye or both.
- Sudden trouble walking, dizziness and loss of balance or coordination.
- Extreme headache without any known cause.
